Whitestone

Whitestone is a residential suburban neighborhood in Northeast Queens, bordered by Utopia Park, 25th avenue, Whitestone Expressway and the East River. Within Whitestone you’ll find a population of about 40,000 people with an average household income of around $75,000. This quiet and beautiful area has local shopping, a variety of eateries and the joy of living near Manhattan without the crowded, fast paced feel. The different areas of Whitestone includes Robinswood, Whitestone Woods, Whitestone Village, Beechhurst and Malba, all with different experiences to offer.

Whitestone offers co-ops, condos, single and multiple family homes. You can expect to see homes starting in the $700,000 range for attached single family homes and into the millions for luxury waterfront properties in Beechhurst and Malba. Popular shopping centers, such as Beechhurst Shopping Center and the newly opened Northshore farms are nearby, so all your needs can be met locally. Many of the eateries in the neighborhood are long established family businesses. Residents can enjoy Harvey Park, Little Bay Park and Francis Lewis Park, while you can take your four legged family members to Little Bay Dog Park where they can meet new friends too. Malba also has a yacht club for residents to join and continue the tradition of comradery.
